Which tasks do I do regularly, and which take up most of my time?
Which activities are repetitive and require constant copying, checking or moving of data?
In which processes do errors, delays or unnecessary costs appear most often?
A ChatGPT prompt for choosing what to automate
Then describe these processes to ChatGPT and ask:
“Analyse these processes and tell me which are worth automating with AI, which with standard automation, and which should stay with a person. Estimate the potential time savings, implementation cost and risk.”

Remember: don’t force AI into places it doesn’t belong. First find a problem that is genuinely worth solving.
